Thanks for buying our hair, bath and body products. We are excited to have you as our customer. The following are a few of our policies to make sure that everybody understands how we do business.
PAYMENT: We are currently using PayPal for all of our internet transactions. We like PayPal because they keep all of your information secure and they never share it with us. This keeps you safe. If you do not want to use PayPal, we do take credit cards, Cashapp, Venmo & Zelle over the phone. Contact us and we will call you to get your credit card/payment information.
PRIVACY: Information provided to us by our customers will always be kept confidential. We will never sell your information to any other organization. We do keep your email address for sending you information about A Shae’ Butta Boutique. You always have the option to unsubscribe from our email list at anytime.
ARTISTIC LICENSE: Since our products are all handmade, no two products will look exactly the same. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time.
SHIPPING: We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. If you would like us to ship to another country, please inquire prior to placing an order. All shipping charges are calculated for U.S. addresses only. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 days from the time we ship. We normally ship within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a particular product, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice. We are not responsible for any issues or delays out of our hands.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. Our soap products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.
COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. For example, if we price our products for $0.07 instead of $7.00 and you buy a million bars at $0.07 then we have the right to cancel your order due to a computer error or human error.
ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the user of our products to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test products as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the products on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: If you would like to sell our handmade products in your store, please contact us and tell us what you have in mind. We would love to have stores currently selling our products. Our products are very unique and once your customers start using our products, they will come back month after month.
COMPANY FUNDRAISERS: If your school or organization is looking for a different type of fundraiser that does not involve food, then you have found the right product. The traditional fundraisers normally sell cookies or pies which people do not like to buy because of health reasons. Natural Handmade skin and hair products offer an excellent alternative.
